Big Red isn't a pet, but interesting enough that we thought it should be an Honorary Redhead!
"Big Red, or Tiburonia granrojo, is shown near the Farallon Islands, illuminated by a remotely operated submarine. The newly discovered jellyfish appears to live at depths of 2,000 to 4,800 feet, but other details of its life are a puzzle to scientists."
