If you could choose any place in the world to live, where would it be?

I live in Connecticut now and I have no desire to live anywhere else. I would, however, love to visit Ireland someday, and my answer could change after that!

When you were little, what did you want to be when you grew up?

A mom-nothing else mattered

Your occupation now?

Real Estate Agent (and mother of 4)

What are some of your interests and hobbies?

I like to do desktop publishing for some of my colleagues. I design logos for them, create flyers and pamphlets, etc. I am also trying to grow a rose garden, but I don't see any roses yet.

What would you say are your character strengths?

Honesty, integrity and compassion. I have a strong sense of justice and fairness (like most Libras) and will passionately advocate for those who are weaker.

Weaknesses?

I am Moody (which ironically happens to be my maiden name!) and as I get older I am less and less tolerant of those that are ignorant and choose to stay that way. I also have a strong tendency to over react.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?

Besides losing about 50 lbs. (which I am working on) I would also like to improve my time management skills. I tend to get lost in projects and lose all sense of time-often resulting in me being perpetually late. I am also working on this, but for some reason, just can't seem to get a handle on it.

Do you have any quirks you think are strange or amusing?

I will only write in blue ink. If someone hands me a black pen to sign something with, I frantically begin to search my purse for a blue one. Also, I have a severe phobia to frogs and toads.

What are your achievements/accomplishments that you are the most proud of?

My four beautiful children, of course.

Are you currently single, involved, or married?

Very Married

What qualities do you find the most attractive in other people?

Compassion for others, sincere kindness and sense of humor that makes you piss your pants laughing.

What is one thing you would change about the world?

The anticipation of the eventual and inevitable extinction of natural redheads would lead the world to worship us, showering us with gifts and affection and lifting us to positions of power and world leadership.

What is your favorite food?

Steak (burned and smothered in A-1 Steak Sauce!)

If you could meet anyone, dead or alive, who would you choose?

My mom (died when I was 3 )

If you won the lottery tomorrow, what would you do with the money?

It's hard for me to imagine (I'm not really monetarily motivated). I would of course go on a clothes shopping spree and invest some for the future. Maybe I would randomly pick out a homeless person to set them up with housing, a job, clothes, etc. There is something cool in thinking that you could completely turn someone's whole life around single handedly.

Do you consider yourself a spiritual person?

Yes

Is there any particular historical era that you feel drawn to?

No. I can't imagine living in any other era. I think we tend to view other eras through the fog of what history (or other people) have taught us. Few times were actually as good (or bad) as what we think.

What are your favorite books and authors?

I love the Dave Pelzer series A Child Called It, The Lost Boy, and A Man Named Dave. I haven't yet read any of his others. I am also really involved in an amazing book call Motherless Daughters by Hope Edelman. My all time favorite, however, is Dr. Seuss In a People House.

What are your favorite movies?

(In no specific order) Office Space , A Few Good Men, When Harry Met Sally, The Divine Secrets of the Ya Ya Sisterhood, Nothing to Lose, Saving Silverman, Freaky Friday, Independence Day...

What is your most prized possession?

My Mother's wedding band (the only thing I have of hers)

What is your favorite color?

Pink

What are your favorite television shows?

Six Feet Under, Queer as Folk, Sex and the City, The Soprano's, Huff, and (even though the a-holes canceled it) Dead Like Me

What are some of your pet peeves?

Having the bottom of my feet touched and George W. Bush

What are some of the issues that you are passionate about?

I believe whole-heartedly that everyone should have an orgasm-a-day. The world would be so much happier and less stressful. I am convinced this would end all war and bring about world peace!

Do you have any tattoos or piercings?

Just a hole in each ear.

What is one thing you hope to accomplish before you die?

Finish college and finally get the degree I am working on (Computer Science)

Sushi
