Self-Description: A lot has changed since I've last updated. I am
currently going into my junior year at Plattsburgh State as a
psychology major with a minor in sociology. I have a particular
interest in developmental psychology and hope to pursue a masters
degree in that field.
Also, I've joined a sorority called Alpha Phi. I've served as the
secretary and director of member development. I am currently the
Panhellenic Delegate and wish to move up the ranks further. I love
my little sister in the sorority very much and my Ivy Linker who
also happens to be a redhead.
Aside from schoolwork and the sorority, I am actively involved with
the Upstate Crisis Center. I work on the hotlines and with the food
shelves. I also plan on attending a class so I can become a New
York State Certified Rape Counselor.
I am very happy to announce that as of October 5, 2002, I became
engaged to my boyfriend of nearly five years now, Kevin. However,
we do not have a date set for the wedding and feel there is not a
rush to jump in.
Interests: Likes: The shade of black, heavy metal/ hard rock music, the Medieval time period, amaretto sours, beirut, playing with the nephews and niece, spending time with family, shopping, going out, traveling, scary movies, period movies, playing the alto saxophone, and decorating.
Dislikes: Spiders, insects, bridges, cars going into water, toilets (irrational fear), failing, math, and ignorant people.
