Self-Description: I work as a Website-Designer because I can do that from
home and thus spend more time with my children. I am stubborn,
rather a solitary person than a party freak. I have an insatiable
craving for knowledge and information, that's why I do "compulsive
reading" of whatever I can obtain: newspapers, magazines, books
of all kind .... and I do it everywhere: at the breakfast table,
on the loo, in bed, while taking a bath, yes - even when I have
to wait in front of a traffic light. Sometimes I wish I was able
to simply relax, since I feel exhausted many times, but I simply
don't know how to do it. I'm fascinated by so many things, and
the problem is that I want to know and do everything myself,
whether it's painting, gardening, plumbing, drilling and screwing
wood, sewing, and so on and so on. This of course means that I
can't do any of these things perfectly, which sometimes makes me
furious.
Children: 2 children, a girl: Kim, 14 years, a boy: Liam, 4 years
old.
Interests: I love my children, nature and travelling (though I
don't travel that much because of the always-lacking-money....
Also I love foreign languages, I speak English, French, some
Greek and some Italian, and have some passive knowledge of
Spanish. I enjoy biking and running, though I'm no fitness-maniac.
With work and children there's not too much time left for more
interests or hobbies, which I regret. Days should have 48
hours...
