Self-Description: I am a fun loving technogeek originally from Houston, Texas.
I worked for several years in IT before heading to St. John's
College in Santa Fe, NM in the fall of 99 to earn my undergraduate
degree. I will finish my freshman year here and the transfer to
parts currently unknown, though limited to the following cities:
Portland, OR, Philadelphia, PA, Bryn Mawr, PA, or Houston, TX.
I have a barbed, sarcastic wit and am usually loved or hated, but
rarely in between. I tend to run through men like tissue (though
this one is sticking) and have yet to find a girlfriend that worked
out. I am fiercely independent, unabashedly intelligent, and a
feminist. I have a tendency to mother people (which I'm working
on), and am extremely loyal, trustworthy, and caring.
I sing all the time and tend to dance around and be silly if the
mood strikes me, which sometimes misleads people into thinking I
don't take life seriously. I do. I'll try just about anything
once.
Interests: I enjoy writing, cooking, dancing, singing, playing
chess, and MUSIC! (live and recorded--all kinds). I love
chocolate, T.S. Eliot, Alice Walker, religious icons (mostly
Catholic), Quake players, LAN parties, my boyfriend, beautiful
women, and La Madeline's tomato basil soup.
