Self-Description: At a very early age, I decided never to
"grow up", which is not to say that I'm
irresponsible--quite to the contrary. I have an
underlying curiosity about life and people and an
innate ability to find humor, wherever it is
hiding. I am a mostly characteristic Libra, so at
times I am a living dichotomy, but I strive for
balance and consciously attempt to do "the right
thing" in most cases.
Children: None that I am aware of.
Interests: My interests are very eclectic. I
appreciate beauty in many forms, but nothing
obnoxious, grotesque or inhumane. I enjoy
cultural events, social gatherings of all sorts,
meeting new people, learning new things, and
pushing myself to grow. Although I am not
religious, I am very spiritual and am interested
in non-traditional theologies and philosophies. I
am action-oriented--not a couch potato, but I do
know how to relax. I do fundraising for a few
non-profit organizations and am a Big Sister to a
15 year-old girl. I enjoy nature, including
camping and hiking. And I love good, black
licorise!
