Self-Description: I am honest, tenacious, determined to succeed and have
never understood the definition of the words "You can't." I
have always been labeled either a visionary or an eccentric,
depending on the viewpoint of the observer. I began breeding
cats at age 13, despite asthma, was elected National Breed
club VP by age 17 (they did not know my age), have published
many articles on the breed over the years and am considered
an expert. I disputed the theories for the inheritence of
silver color in cats and was right - today the experts agree
with me. I nixed college - too independent, and became a
model. I started dancing at age 26, bought out my agent and
became a talent agent for dancers for 12 years, managing
bookings for 35 dance companies and a large number of solo
performers. Oh, yes, I took dance lessons two years after
turning professional. When my father died, I took over his
chemical and microbial business - and set about learning
about the business. I dropped out for two years after my
mother died, and the man running the company almost
destroyed it, so I took it over again and it made its first
profit in 20 years this way. I learned to design a website
by putting up our 370 page website, with a little help and
advice from a fellow fan of the actor Keanu Reeves, who I
met on a bulletin board. We have won 3 level 5 awards, and
numerous others.
Children: None.
Interests: A clean world, microbiology, ecology, American
Shorthair cats, Thoroughbred horses, web design (mine), the
actor Keanu Reeves, spirituality, science fiction - in that
order. I love dark chocolate, red wine, White Zinfandel
wine, fresh fish, and gourmet food. I like dark haired men
with puppy-dog brown eyes and a look of slight vulnerability
and kindness. Men must have intelligence, a superior
imagination, humanity, and most of all be accepting of a
passionate, obsessed and independent female.
