Self-Description: Well, been a while since I updated...
I'm noted for my off-colour sense of humour, which I have been trying to reign in of late (I actually am starting to have a remission of foot-in-mouth disease!). Married life has been treating me a little too well... the days of being a scrawny underfed student are long past, sigh. Mind you, living with the most wonderful woman in the world makes up for that! I'm living in the beautiful Blue Mountains west of Sydney, which is a great change from hectic city life.
Interests: I'm a musician, and play violin, harp, mandolin, lute, guitar amd bodhran. I'm active in amateur musical societies and am a member of an Irish band called "Skean Dhu". For fun I dress up in medieval clothing and hit people with swords, which makes for great stress relief! (If you live in Sydney and want to hit people as well, drop me a line!)
