Self-Description: When I was born I had a thick full head of copper
red hair and sky blue eyes. I was born to a toehead blonde
father and an auburn milky skinned mother of German/English
descent. I was teased from the time I can remember and
still am at the ripe ole age of 52. One good thing is that
I could never be a sun worshiper and my skin has stayed
young looking. I have what was told to me "true pink
skin". I used to hate being so different when I was
growing up but now I find that being unique can work.. lol.
I am so glad I found your site as there aren't too many
support/fun groups for true redheads. one thing that
always bothered me is that I was asked 100s of times since
I was in puberty.... "are you red all over" how
embarrassing is that? Does that happen to brunettes?
Children: one blonde daughter age 32
Interests: ebay buying and selling... antique cars and
travel trailers, collecting fransiscan starburst design
tableware.. and holt howard pixieware. volunteering..
searching for antiques and collectibles at flea markets and
yard sales..
