Self-Description: I'm 5'9", slim, fiery redhead guy, but don't take my word for
it. I won "Reddest Hair" in 2003 and "Greenest Eyes" in 2005 at the
Dublin (Ohio) Irish Festival. The photo with the black maze shirt is
my photo upon getting the trophy for "Reddest Hair."
I'm a very calm person and hardly ever get very angry nor am I the
wild type.
I love computers and all things technical. I'm earning my PhD in
Computer Engineering as a reasearch assistant. I program and play
computer games a fair bit in my free time. Not surprisingly, I also
like sci/fi stuff, especially Doctor Who.
I also love all things Celtic. As you may have guessed, I like Irish
festivals, particularly the Dublin Ohio one, as I'm there almost
every open hour for three days. In fact, I'm currently the president
of the Irish Society at my university.
I enjoy Celtic music, especially traditional like Solas or
traditional/rock mixes like Gaelic Storm, Sean Fleming, and Beth
Patterson. Celtic Rock is usually ok too, but I'm fairly particular.
The Prodigals and Seven Nations are great, but no Young Dubliners,
please.

More: I have dabbled in many other things, and return to them as
time permits: music study (drums, traditional Irish instruments,
singing), amateur radio, biking (I mostly run the treadmill these
