Self-Description: I am what some might call a Renaissance Woman. I have been
writing fiction since I was 8 years old and poetry since the age of 13.
Very early on I also realized I had a gift for art, which first
manifested itself in numerous horse drawings. I began drawing portraits
in middle school and stuck with it, I simply love trying to capture the
soul of a person on paper. I began singing pretty early on as well. I
joined the 5th grade chorus and fell in love with music. That transfered
itself to instrumentation in the sixth grade when, instead of going
further with chorus, I decided to join the band and began learning the
French Horn. I studied the French Horn for the next seven years until
graduation, when I decided to go back to singing, this time seriously.
I began taking voice lessons and soon developed a strong mezzo soprano
musical theatre style, which lead my attentions to the theatre. With my
first taste of theatre performing, I was smitten and have since peformed
steadily in musicals both in college and in community theatre. I am 23
years old.
