Self-Description: My name is Josh Taylor and I'm 22. I live in Riverside (actually Grand
Terrace, but no one's ever heard of it). I'm 5'7", about 140 lbs, red hair,
blue eyes, blah blah blah. I'm currently in school to become an elementary
school teacher, though it seems the longer I'm in school, the more requirements
they add. I spent my first two years of college at the Naval Academy, but left
early to pursue teaching. I'm still in the Naval Reserve, but on Inactive
status. So far they've decided not to ship me out. I play the bagpipes for the
UCR Pipe Band. I'm Christian and run the college
group at my church. It's not too glorious, as we just started and are low on
members, but I get my own office and studio, so I'm happy.
Children: None so far that I know of!
Interests: I enjoy photography (though someone broke into my car and stole
my camera and all my equipment) and painting. At one point I think I had more
hobbies, but they've had to go by the wayside. I of course love reading, though
I don't have the opportunity to just sit down with a book and read it cover to
cover much anymore. I also like going to the movies, hanging out with my friends
and going to the beach, but who doesn't.
