Self-Description: I am an optimistic, patient, continually amused and often bemused single mother. Growing up I was told freckles were angel kisses, and as far as I can tell I was an angel favorite! I enjoy being in the sun and am glad to live in a day and age when sunscreen is readily available and functions as promised, because a red nose just doesn't go well with my hair.
I am in the military, in a very non-traditional female job, and as a redhead I definitely stand out. Once a friend, making a joke, told me I was his "favorite female staff sergeant redheaded crew chief." Well, chances are I was the ONLY female staff sergeant redheaded crew chief!
Children: One beautiful "strawberry blond" daughter, born Feb 98.
