Self-Description: Retired at Camp Pendleton, California in 1976
after 20 year career in the Marine Corps. For the next 16 years I
developed commercial property in Southern California, Arizona and Japan
until the crowded freeways, crime, smog sent me fleeing back to my home
state of Alabama for semi-retirement. Presently writing a book and
magazine articles when the notion hits me. I am 6' tall/180 lbs.; very
athletic and work out daily. Hobbies include golf, reading/research, the
performing arts and the preservation of historical sites. I live on the
Gulf Coast of Alabama and enjoy the whitest, cleanest beaches in the
world along with great restaurants and nearby New Orleans. I have always
thought that redheads possess unique, positive characteristics and
abilities. Whether from heritage, genes or simply from overcoming a
certain amount of prejudice... Who knows?
Children: Two daughters, ages 27 and 28... Both redheads... very
accomplished and gorgeous.
Interests: Writing; reading/research; golf; presevition of historical
sites; travel; performing arts.
