Self-Description: I'm an artist of sorts: I write, photograph, perform (comedy),
film, etc. I'm not the most social person in the world - instead a
reclusive introvert; I tend to shut myself off from the rest of the
world oftentimes and live entirely in a fantasyland, heh. It's not
always a good thing, but it helps me deal with stress and whatnot. I
like to consider myself shy, nice, but extremely moody - I suffer from
borderline personality disorder and often find it difficult to control
my temper or a gitation of people (one of the reasons I retreat to a
fantasy world). However, my intentions are all good, and although I
have quite an intense and often intolerable personality, there are
quite a few people who - much to my surprise - absolutely adore me.
So I guess I have a good mix, heh.
Interests: As I've mentioned, I'm really into the arts: I enjoy
watching film (independent, comedy, horror, day-in-the-life), comedy
(sketch, stand-up, improv), listening to music (blues, folk, reggae,
rock, things that don't fit into categories), and thinking... A lot
of my favourite artists are also my mentors. Lately I've been
listening to entirely too much Belle And Sebastian, and that has been
a great source of inspiration for me lately. I have a very obsessive
personality, and so when I get into something, it's often difficult to see that anything else
exists!! :)
