Self-Description: Currently I am a Mechanical Engineering Student at the
University of Texas at Austin. I am the VP of our chapter of the
Society of Women Engineers, and I am active in lots of other fun stuff
on campus.
I've been told that I am demanding, manipulative, indecisive and
egotistical. I like to think of it as compelling, persuasive,
spontaneous, and confident. If you don't know me, go with my
description. :-) I have also been known to be a sarcastic smart-ass,
but in a loving way, of course. I love to entertain, charm, and make
people laugh.
Interests: I love going to concerts... I am trying to teach myself how
to play the guitar... I enjoy watching and playing sports... I love
traveling and wish I could do it more often... Comedy makes my world go
'round... and I really like laying in bed with my laptop...
In my spare time I am trying to get into the audio engineering
business, and I currently work at a local recording studio. One day I
would like to go on the road with a band and be their live sound
engineer. If anyone has any leads, let me know!
More: I have had the nickname "Red" since second grade until my high
school basketball team added an extra "d" to make it "Redd" in honor
of NBA point guard Jason Kidd of the Phoenix Suns (who back then
played for the Dallas Mavericks).
