Self-Description: I'm a 39 year old, single redhead. I'm a mostly nice, kind and
thoughtful person. I have 3 dogs that live in the house with me. They are
retired from competing in obedience and agility events. I know alot about dogs
and training them. I've worked with animals since I was 19 years old. I work
part time grooming dogs and cats, and full time as a bakery tech. When it comes to chocolates, only the best will do! No cheap brands.
I have to have chocolate every day. I'm a very picky eater, I grew up on mac &
cheese. I'm a perfectionist when it comes to my job that people at work think
I'm slow, but I'm not really, I just like to do it right the first time and I'm
not sloppy about it, either. That's the capricorn in me. I love wolves and
foxes because they are so loyal and caring to their family. Wolves are not the
big bad wolf that people have brainwashed us to believe. I highly believe in
alternative medicine such as herbs, homeopathy, and vitamins and nutrition,
although on the last one I don't do as I should on it such as eating my veggies.
I talk alot as you can see. I could go on, but I won't for now.
Children: I do not have any children.
Interests: My interests include taking my dogs on hikes and playing frisbee with
them. Listening to music. My music includes soft rock, pop, and some country and
some easy listening music such as Yanni. I like to surf the net for information
and chat with people that have the same interests as me. I like to
watch tv and my favorite weekly shows are That 70's Show and Friends. I like
most types of movies, but don't like horror or action with alot of war or
killing in them. My favorites are suspense thrillers and mysteries. My all time
favorite series was The Pretender. My favorite female actresses in the past are
Lucille Ball and Carol Burnett. They can make me laugh. I've always liked Disney
movies and specials so much that I named one of my dogs Disney. He is now 11
years old.
More: Another thing that makes me unique besides having red hair is that I'm
hearing impaired and I wear a hearing aide. I was born with Treacher's Collins
syndrome which is a rare genectic disorder that involves the whole head. I was
born with a cleft palate among other things connected with it. I've had about 5
surgeries to correct most of the problems I've had. My ears do not look normal
and doctors say it's too risky to operate to make my hearing almost normal. I
hear pretty good with my hearing aide, but I do alot of lip reading as well. I
speak pretty good but still have trouble with s words in the beginning of a
word. My parents were protective of me and wouldn't let me go anywhere, so I
basically grew up shy around people and just got out of my shyness, say about 3
years ago. I still am shy around new people and do not open up til I get to know
you.
