Self-Description: I'm funny, I'm outspoken, I'm sarcastic and I'm whip-smart. I have
a major obsession with thrift stores and flea markets. I am both grammar
and fashion cop. I love to laugh, and do so frequently. I seem to have
grown inordinately fond of TV, so you won't catch me pulling that whole
"I don't even have cable" pretentious crap; I say serve up the BBC
America, please. But that doesn't mean that I don't read and exercise my
mind whenever possible (though I didn't quite finish the crossword last
Sunday ... hmmm, maybe my brain is being dulled by television? Or
perhaps it's all the herb I've been smoking of late).
I suppose I do have the typical redhead temperament, but I must say I'm
tired of hearing it used as a pickup line (the only worse one is: "Are
you Irish?", and yes, for the record, I am).
Children: Er, not just yet, thanks. Maybe later?
Interests: books, film, cooking, overseas travel, tea.
