Self-Description: My name is Stefanie and I am almost 16 years old. I'm going to
be a junior in high school and I plan to study law in college. I'm
short and petite -- only a few inches over 5 feet and about 120 lbs.
My hair is pretty long, a few inches past my shoulders. It's naturally
curly and I usually wear it natural, except sometimes I'll straighten
it. Not only am I a perfectionist, but I have a pretty firey temper.
I'm quick to get in disagreements and slow to back down (even if I
know I'm wrong).
On the other hand, I'm a very passionate person. I love animals,
people, and being outdoors. I love making friends and also being
around my family. My mom describes me as being "whip smart", so I get
pretty decent grades in school. I'm pretty indie-focused and a
non-materialist. I also believe in individuality. I was raised
Catholic, but now I am quite sure I am an atheist. I'm a very
open-minded person and love intellectual debates.
Interests: One of my true loves is music. I enjoy all types, my
favorite artists include: Radiohead, Nine Inch Nails, Beastie Boys,
Pink Floyd, Phil Lesh & Friends, Mix Master Mike, The Doors, Sigur Ros
-- you name it. I also enjoy some of the indie and underground bands
of which there are too many to name. Along with music I enjoy
attending concerts, some of my favorites were Bob Dylan, Counting
Crows, Live, Grand Funk Railroad, Blink-182, and Phil Lesh & Friends.
I also enjoy riding horses. I've owned and leased many different
horses. I showed in hunter/jumper and dressage shows from which I am
now taking a much-needed break. I was also into gymnastics for quite a
long time, but now settle for watching meets on TV.
