Self-Description: I am a fun loving, brutally honest, slightly sarcastic 32 year
old widow who is also the mother of an 11 year old genius. Yes, I know
that most people think and say thier child is a genius, but mine
actually is a genius. I love to spend time with people I know, however
I detest crowds of people I don't know. I hate traffic, which is not
good when you live in Houston with 4 million other people. I am a
financial planning geek, I actually have a Masters in Biology, yes I
have noticed that my degree has nothing to do with my profession. I
prefer to stay home with a good book and a bubble bath on a Saturday
night as opposed to going to crowded bars, restaurants or parties. I
will do just about anything for those I love and trust, but if my trust is ever broken,
completely broken, I
will never regain that trust. I make my best effort to treat others
the way I would like to be treated. As far as I am concerned, pain
heals, Super Soaker fights *are* a normal way to wake someone up on
Saturday morning, family is not necessarily those people with whom
you are genetically bonded, and being a mother is the greatest gift I
have ever received, yes it is a gift.
Interests: I love to sew and cross stitch. I am an avid cyclist, I
ride my bicycle at least 100 miles a week, and I have met the coolest
people while riding. I am *very* easily amused, probably too easily. I
love football, go Chiefs, and hockey. I watch way too many Forensic
shows on TLC and Discovery. I am intensely and brutally honest, too
much so at times, in other words, I call it how I see it. Not real
popular but my friends are used to me being "obnoxious".
