The two oldest are high school students and the youngest is 10 years old. I try to be cheerful and optimistic most of the time, but the fabled Redhead temper will sometimes flare up. Luckily it cools as fast as it starts. linniesue - I had a sudden hearing loss 6 hears ago and am profoundly deaf. I work from home part-time and also create handmade jewelry. I trained my dog to be my hearing dog when I first lost my hearing. He passed away in August and I am now in the process of training my second sheltie. Cody is 11 months old and doing very well on alerting.
My hair is copper color and I just had it straightened. It used to be fuzzy and frizzy and just awful. It is now smooth, straight and shinny. I highly recommend the straightening process to anyone with "wild" hair. Worked wonders for me!
Rusty - I'm apparently very intelligent, have a problem with people who ask stupid questions (I go to a public high school, it happens all the time...), tend to be a little too trusting and always attempt to look for the best in people.

Kerridwen - When I was a kid I absolutely hated my red hair because it often got me unwanted attention and the constant question "where did you get that colour from?!". Since then I've learned to not hate it and even embrace it, although I still get the questions that admittedly annoy me.

Although painfully shy as a child, I quickly grew out of that to become a true extrovert. My husband always teases me that I know someone where ever I go (it's true!). Maybe it's because I am such a true friend to those who I choose to get close to. I pride myself on being a strong female and don't take crap from anyone. Judith - I work as a Website-Designer because I can do that from home and thus spend more time with my children. I am stubborn, rather a solitary person than a party freak. I have an insatiable craving for knowledge and information, that's why I do "compulsive reading" of whatever I can obtain: newspapers, magazines, books of all kind .... and I do it everywhere: at the breakfast table, on the loo, in bed, while taking a bath, yes - even when I have to wait in front of a traffic light. Sometimes I wish I was able to simply relax, since I feel exhausted many times, but I simply don't know how to do it. I'm fascinated by so many things, and the problem is that I want to know and do everything myself, whether it's painting, gardening, plumbing, drilling and screwing wood, sewing, and so on and so on. This of course means that I can't do any of these things perfectly, which sometimes makes me furious.

Witchy - I love to Laugh! I take most things with a grain of salt, or very serious indeed, and Andy and Opie, can make me cry. In fact, I can usually cry at the slightest "sadness" *Grin*. The stupidest jokes, will set me off, and I Laugh LOUD! I'm always standing up on "soap boxes" and 'expressing' ~my~ views (even though I always try to make room, on that soap box, for others to express their views, also :) I always try to be truthful, but without hurting others feelings.
