CeiliGirl - I am a quiet and analytical person, but I love being around people. My family and absolute closest friends know another sillier and more talkative side. I like finding ways to be different in subtle way. It tends to add up to a life more interesting than one with just a couple of major unique aspects. I love knowledge and tend to periodically pick a subject that I will then obsessively research. Oh, and I will admit to having those notorious red-headed characteristics of stubborness and a fiery temperament.
Flitterby - I'm a typical or garden variety geek. I spend my time fixing computers, toting science fiction, rotating hobbies, sleeping as little as possible, eating things that seemed like a good idea at the time, behaving obsessively, fixating upon silly details, and pretty much doing all of those geek things.
I've been described as rabid, and I can't really deny it; I'm always up for a good rant.
I oscillate between sociable and irritable. I REALLY like smart people, and am lucky enough to know a lot of them. Especially ones who will put up with the irritable times. I use way too many parentheses and commas, but heck, I like 'em.
Kit - My life is an open book. I have no secrets. I love me. I happen to think I'm the happiest person in the world. Additionally, I think I'm interesting, and I assume other people want to know about me. So I put it all out there; life story, daily opinions on assorted things, pictures, the list goes on an on. Occasionally I do stupid things that give other people the opportunity to laugh at me. I was not only born without the "tact" gene, but I'm terribly honest. So expect tactlessly honest commentary from me, with a dash of vanity thrown in for good measure!
shelbelle - I am smart, stubborn, and sarcastic. Tough on the outside, but on the inside, I'm a mushy sentimentalist. I tend to be impatient, hate vagueness, and love people who tell it like it is. I'm passionate about the people and things I care about, and expect those in my life to be the same way. I am a perfectionist only about the things that matter to me; the rest falls by the wayside.
sassyred6 - I am a 23 year old female 5'7 120 pounds. I am going to school part time while I work as a regional sales manager. I hope some to to obtain my masters degree in marketing. I am engaged and can't wait to tie the knot.
Jasara - Well, my best friend tells me that I am the most sarcastic person he has ever met. I have never seen a half full glass. I am also gifted with the ability to insult a person without them realizing it. (And as you can probably see already, I wouldn't know humility if it bit me in the rear end.) I am somewhat of a perfectionist, but I couldn't care less about typos or capitalization. Paradoxically, I love to read and write. I also enjoy painting. Abstracts in acrylic are my specialty.
I am addicted to sunflower seeds, the Internet, and Anne McCaffrey novels. I don't care much for television. I think that the sun has a personal vendetta against me, and every time I find a good sunscreen, they stop selling it around here. I will freely admit to using spellchecker while writing this, but I swear I never picked up a dictionary.
Tysnana - I am a girl, lady, woman, Mom, and Grandma.I love being each and all those people. I also love to sing and praise God. Singing pretty much tells you what I do ---constantly. Oldies, 70's (are those oldies?) praise and worship music, and celtic stuff. I LOVE the Irish tenors--even met 'em at a Christmas concert this past December. There's nothing like the twinkle in an Irishman's eye! I dance too, for the Lord and for my sanity. Moving is something I'm always doing, usually after a 4 y/o. I'm the one who doesn't work, but is never at home usually doing something for someone who has no time to do it for themselves. My hubby of 27 years works at home (shoot me now~:o), so that's become an interesting twist to life that requires lots of creativity on my part. Add to the mix my 4 y/o grandbaby, with us some part of six days a week... Wow! He's a fabo kid with a distinctly red halo just at the crown of his head.
Ahkenoten - Although I am a programmer by trade, my true passions lie in my creativity. I write poems, songs, short, stories, paint, drawn, and make other things as the inspiration hits me. I enjoy the outdoors, camping, hiking, etc. I consider myself spiritual, but not religious. I am often passionate and driven, but have a great appreciation for order and quiet time as well.

jmyoung - it is hard to describe ones self without mentioning the trappings and the minutiae, quirks,habits and preferences. but those things are not static. on some days i am contagiously enthusiastic about life. other days leave me less than enchanted. people fascinate me, i always feel like i am at the zoo. i have a deep sense of belonging at times and other times feel as though i experience life aside from myself. i hate yogurt. i love pistachios and single malt scotch. i smoke pall malls, swear like a tuna boat captain and am certain that my children are destined to save the world, even if it is only one person at a time. starting with me.
TaroT - I am a 27 year old mother of 2 boys. I work with computers and internet related items. I live in S.W. Va and have many animals. I have 2 ferrets, an iguana that is almost 3 foot long, a Border Collie and a Crimson Rosella (an austrailian parrot). I will eventually finish my college degree in Psychology so I can counsel teenagers at risk. I am very into Skin Art as long as it is tasteful and all precautions are taken and the tattooee has fully thought through the idea and the pros and cons of Skin Art.
litedatura - Two of my favorite pasttimes involve computers and music. My favorite musician would have to be Tori Amos - a very famous and beautiful redhead! I am very compassionate and determined in whatever I do but also very caring and understanding. I tend to be shy around people I don't know very well at first but when I become comfortable around someone, I can become pretty outgoing at times. I love to laugh and have fun! I also love to sing. I used to want to be a singer so bad and it is still a dream of mine.
Darse - I'm a woman of deep convictions. When I believe in someone or something, I stand tall beside them and support them through thick and thin. I've been known to have a bit of a temper when I see a friend being unjustly hurt or picked on. I try to see the world with a child's eyes so that I don't miss the dew on a rose, or the first flight of a baby bird. My family is very important to me, and I only wish I could have half of the qualities I have seen in my children and my mother. I wish I were more positive in my thinking, but negativitiy seems to override that desire on occasion. I thoroughly enjoy anyone with a sense of humor and who can laugh at theirselves and the world around them.
Andrasta - I'm a 19-year old, fiercely opinionated brat. I am very excited to get a shot at this living business, and I'm doing my best to squeeze the most out of it. I am an avid bookworm, a web geekess, a live music junky, an echidna fan, and a someday car mechanic.

I make myself laugh so I must be funny, I love music and love learning new instruments, I love ballroom dancing and I'm just starting to play EverQuest (it's sucking me in...Oh NO!) I have a boyfriend who's wonderful and is also a redhead, (his name is Saiori if you want to look at his profile) and I have 10 adorable siblings. And for some reason I feel incredibly boring as I'm writing this- trying to be interesting will inevitably make someone feel boring I think. What a paradox!

Strawberry - I am new to the computer and I enjoy learning new things on it. I enjoy having red hair. I have always wanted to have long hair and now it is to the middle of my back. I am gonna get it cut soon. My daughter wants to have it put on a doll and since it is her birthday soon I am gonna do that for her. I love to laugh and have fun. I like the beach most of the time but I dont think I would like to live there all of the time. I live in a small town. I use to live in Denver CO. I liked that very much. I dont like to cook very much. I guess that due in part to the fact that I like to see results quickly and when I am cooking I rush it too much and usually ruin it. LOLLOL!!!!! However, when I do cook I cook well. I work at a flower shop and I love it but it is alot of hard work. Resulting in cut and sore fingers.

TearBear - How to describe myself? I am the type of person that likes to keep to myself alot. This is mainly because I am always painting or drawing. The only person I really spend a lot of tme with is my boyfriend because he's so understanding and also because he's my best friend. I love art and music. My personality is varied. I'm very sensitive and emotional (another reason why I like to be alone). I'm also upbeat and, at times, extremely energetic.
jbirishman - I recently got one tatoo which is not too big and very cool and tasteful. It is the thing that I think describes my personality the best. It is the chinese characters (yes I know that these types of tatoos are overdone, but I like them) for the word 'determination'. I busted my butt on my way through engineering school in four years, while at the same time being involved heavily in intercollegiate athletics. Although, I prefer to think of myself not as a jock, but as someone who is driven in whatever he does, be it school, athletics, personal life, or my job (which I love). The people who I work with say I'm "upbeat". I am usually quite happy and always ready to laugh and have fun. What is the point of doing anything unless you can have fun doing it.

Rddsonya - 6ft tall & very feisty. I love to get my way, and I will usually do anything to get it. Flirting is inbedded in my soul, just something I cannot help but do. filament - i am usually chill, but occasionally i manifest that tempermental attitude redheads are know for. i humor myself (and others) in debates and agruments concerning anything. i enjoy when witty remarks come from someone other than myself. i am studious when school is in session, but i feel summer is for kicking it back and relaxing. my pet peeve is annoying persons--they can really get me going. i live by: "i can have whatever i work for; i am in control." there is something always to be learned, and if i sit around too much i am losing potential. i am outgoing and always wanting to experience new things and meet people. i am not going to confine myself to boundaries.

exit - I live in Portland, Oregon the beautiful city of Roses (and, unofficially, redheads). I graduated from Portland State University with a theatre arts degree (Shakespeare is my special focus). Now, I do backstage work for local theatres and have your basic boring day job to pay the rent (and airline costs for my rather expensive travel habit). Dubie - I'm 5'11, with blue eyes and a semi-unnatural tan i try to keep even though I'm redheaded. I'm a college student in Auburn, AL. Its a nice, little, crazy home on the plains. I usually party alot which cuts into the precious sleep I usually need. For the most part, I'm pretty much always up for anything, but usually just enjoy drinking and partying with my friends. I'm a pretty light hearted person so it takes alot to bother me about something. For the most part, I'm just trying to drift though college.

Was once called an obstinate bitch by a former co-worker (as a joke), hence the website. I cuss loudly and frequently and like to be as articulate and creative in my filth spewing as possible. I have a well tuned bullshit alarm and no tolerance for stupidity (boy, I'm in the wrong profession). I think people should come with an X on their foreheads so you can make them go away when you want. For the few who know me, they know I'm loving and loyal and there for them until the end. Yes, there is a nice side to me, reserved for those who deserve it.

showboat - I'm introverted, but pretty laid back. I'm a (soph, at the moment) CompSci major at UH. That'd make me about 19 years old. Sometimes I forget I'm redheaded because I'm used to it... though because I'm not related to anybody as red as me it's unusual to see other redheaded people. I'm 6'1" and have a mustauche and a beard (both as red as anything else...). My experiences as a shy child (not that I'm not still shy) and during high school (I won't go into it) have fueled creative writing, mostly poetry. I'm pretty proud of it, but it's hard to find anything like it... as strange, I guess. That's why I've been working hard on my poetry site, to attract like-minded psycho writers. Oh, and smart ones, too. Speaking of that, I'm a 2-time valedictorian and national merit scholar... not that I take too much stock in such things, but it sure doesn't hurt on a resumé. Little Red - I can remember when I was little everyone would make fun of me because I had red hair. Now all the women wish they could get my color out of a bottle. Fat chance. KDAnJill - I'm short (5'2" on a good day) and little (105 lbs.). I have almost waist length hair. I'm extremely out-going and open minded. I love to sing and I love music. I am an avid listener of country and rock music.

I'm retired now, but was a heavy-metal drummer for 20 years, a "campfire" guitarist for 25. I just recently moved to Phoenix from Cleveland, Ohio, I'm on day 6 of QUITTING SMOKING! And I've finally found a wonderful mate who can HANDLE ME, JUST THE WAY I AM!! I've been told I'm naive, un-assuming, artistic, kind, gentle. And on St. Patrick's Day I'm downright GOOFY! NeurotcDuf - At present time I am 20 years old, but it doesn't stop me from partaking in the occassional (ok, weekly...) drunken binge. I have quit bartending and am now a bookseller at a large bookstore which will remain unnamed. :) I am addicted to the wonderful internet, I spend most of my free time bitching about my job on my live journal. pinkish - I have a cat-dog named Sniper, I am a bit of a computer dork, I can cook (duh), sew and use power tools. I like interesting weather. I have an Irish temper with none of the drinking problems. I just lost around 75 lbs. and hope to actually get photos up soon. Sometimes I smoke, but I give it up easily when I feel like it. I have a sick and twisted sense of humor and it's really hard to offend me. I was raised with impeccable manners, but given the perfect conditions I can belch louder than most and feel no shame in doing so. I'm a Libertarian Agnostic, but I think talking about politics or religion in social environments is worse than torture. I speak my mind, but I do it with tact. I like my life :)
Erin Kelly - Being brutally honest, judgmental, loving and caring at the same time... that pretty much explains me. I judge people solely by first impressions, but there are a few that slip under my skin and grab my heart. I am always... ALWAYS happy to befriend another redhead, regardless of who they are or where they come from. I am extremely proud of my heritage, I consider being Irish AND Italian a gift. I have great compassion and love for every living creature that ISN'T human. At times I have been known to make people laugh. Whether they are laughing at my words or at my actions is the question.
