My favorite story is when woke up 9 years ago in the middle of surgery on my hand and picked up my conversation right where I had stopped when I passed out. I scared the hell out of the surgeon. My home is out in the boondocks with my mom and her 2 dogs(pugs) and cat. I am originally from California (Bay Area) so I still hold a soft spot for it sometimes. I drive a 98 Saturn SL-1, a cheap but great car with good gas milage (none of that Earth Destroyer Unlimited Series SUV crap for me). People tell me I have a knack for writing but I think this little blurb has just disproved that, but I think everyone out there can sympathize how hard it can be to just write about yourself. I always worrying if I'm putting down too much info, too little, and how dorky i sound. Some people dig dorky though, so heres hoping. I tend to be one of thouse kind of people that enjoys coffee shops in the city and good books or reading various RSS feeds on my mac (I'm one of those insane machead nerdy types). I am rather "in my head" in that i spend a lot of time just thinking, imagining, and fantasizing.

She is my little angel, and I could not love her more if she were my own. As a child, I was tormented and persecuted as a child for having red hair. I am sure that many of you can appreciate that. I thought it was a curse worse than death. As I matured, however, I began to appreciate it more for its uniqueness. So what if I forced to wear SPF 3000 whenever I go to the beach. So what if I had so many freckles as a child that it looked like I tried to get a tan through a screen door. The fact is that it is a part of me and I am happy with it. I'm straight-edge, which means I don't drink, I don't use drugs, and I don't have sex. Of course, the sex part is negotiable. But, joking aside, I have never drank or used drugs in my entire 19 years. Unless you count my mother smoking while she was pregnant with me.

I love food, and cooking and eating. Which sometimes is a problem. Every now and then, I'll steadily put on weight, until i get a look in the mirror and diet back to control.

Megan - People always assume that I'm "firey" because I have red hair but I'm actually very non-confrontational and quiet...unless provoked! I usually try to get along with everybody. My husband says that I worry too much about what other people think of me. I am intelligent and hard-working. I am honest and a horrible liar. I love to laugh. My faults: I can be really stubborn, sometimes I'm self-centered, I'm indecisive, and sometimes when people are talking to me I space out and don't listen (not intentionally).

My mother always told me my hair was titian (is that a real red-head color??) but in recent times i've come to terms with people calling it ginger!
