The greatest pick up line I ever got was from a man who told me that my hair reminded him of the sunset over the Grand Canyon. It was cheesy but I loved it. My only recommendation to pickup lines is if they are good ones that respect you, always thank them with a smile.

Hmmm...I don't really have any "weird" pickup lines from guys that have been told to me. The closest I have come is "I've never dated a FIERY redhead before, is it true what they say?" And my only real reply to them is "I don't know, what do they say?" Heheh...But for the most part I like being singled out, as long as it's in a good way. I just don't like the stereotype that redheads are mean and vicious just because their hair is bright.

I got several modelling jobs because of my hair color, and there was a man once who told me he knew I was a witch because I'm a redhead. While it's true I'm a witch, and redheads were persecuted as witches based solely on their hair color, I was surprised that he guessed right. I wouldn't have been so surprised if I'd been decked out all goth or wearing every pentacle I own, but I was wearing jeans, a t shirt, and combat boots. Being of Scottish descent, I go to the Scottish Games every year with my family, and one year, my father lost track of me in a crowd. When we found each other again he said he had a hell of a time finding me because he usually just scanned the crowd for the redhead, and it was me - since there was a bevy of redheads at the games, he had a much harder time singling me out. I got a chuckle out of that.

The last time I was called "red" was my senior year of high school (2000), and it didn't bother me then. I grew up and turned out to love my hair color, and adults were right.. so many people try to get it out of a bottle and I have it for free!
