"Sometimes I hate all the stereotypes that go with this, but more often than not I agree with the types. I'm not short tempered, but really romantic. Sometimes you just take the good with the bad. I'm just glad I'm not a blonde!"

"i am a very passionate, quick tempered, and feisty person. i just happen to be redheaded. i think it might be the redhair...not sure. i know some very smart blondes....so, maybe the stereotype can't hold true. who knows."

"I think it's unhealthy to obsess over or worship ANYTHING in life. One needs to really evaluate themselves when they feel obsession creeping in towards anything. Now, for those who have learned to appreciate us redheads and have made a conscious decision that they only have eyes for us . . . well, those are people I hold with high regard (tee hee). True redheads make up a very small part of the world population, so we have individuality on our side. In a world where most people are trying to keep up with the "mold" that the media perceives as beautiful, redheads will always hold the individuality card in their hands. I am proud of my red hair, fair skin and freckles. I live in an area that is overwhelmed with gorgeous blonde, tan people. Yes, they are beautiful and I would never take that away from them. But, I stand proudly amidst those people knowing that I have been blessed with God-given features that set me apart from most. My hat goes off to those individuals who have learned to appreciate our differences and who choose to pursue the fair-skinned, fiery-maned types."

"I disprove of all stereotypes, no matter how positive they are because they tend to take the individuality out of a person involved in that group. You need to get to know that person, but even before that starts, you make a judgment based on their race, culture, haircolor or whatnot. To truly get to know a person, to give them a just chance, you need to forget those stereotypes and find out who they *really* are, inside. I do tend to prove some of these stereotypes true though. I am passionate about life and I do tend to have a volcanic temper."

"The stereotypes are pretty accurate in my experience. The temper - got it as well as other redheads I know. The passion - oh yeah got it and the one experience I've had with a red head woman very passionate and hot."

"I love it. Being a redhead is wonderful. There are so many great things about it. Like how it looks like your head is on fire when the light from a sunset hits your hair. And how it gives me a good excuse for not having a tan. And freckles. And all the attention. And redhead jokes. I love redhead jokes! I also love how you can blame anything on your hair. You do something people don't expect or something evil, and you can tell them, "I can't help it. I'm a redhead.""
