This agreement is between Realm of Redheads (hereinafter "Realm," "we," "our," or "us") and you, our customer (hereinafter "member," "you" or "your").

By signing up for membership, you agree that you are at least 14 years of age, and if you are under 16 years of age, you need to have parental consent. You agree to supply the Realm with a truthful name and email address for our records, and you have a continued obligation to keep this information current.

Policies

Acceptable Use Policy

The Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all members of the Realm of Redheads, and is intended to provide a general understanding of our policy on the Acceptable Use of its services.

Signing up for membership within the Realm of Redheads constitutes acceptance of and agreement to abide by all of the rules and policies of the Realm of Redheads.

We reserve the right to cancel any account for violation of our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

Members are in violation of this AUP when they engage in any of the following activities:

Submitting falsified information of any kind, including but not limited to signing up under someone else's name, pretending to be a redhead when you are not, or submitting pictures of someone else, with or without their permission.

Spamming refers to the act of sending or commissioning the sending of unsolicited commercial messages and/or mail bombs over the Internet to others in mass quantities. Such messages may only be sent to individuals that have explicitly requested the information from you. Forging email headers is also strictly prohibited.

Harassment by intimidating, threatening, frightening or otherwise harassing other members on this site. Email messages sent to an unwilling recipient, after being requested to stop by that recipient, can also be construed as harassment.

Allowing unauthorized users to access your account. Accounts may only be used by the authorized owners of the accounts. Allowing use of your account by others is prohibited.

Attempting to circumvent security of this network or any member account in any manner. This includes, but is not limited to, accessing data not intended for the customer, logging into an account the customer is not expressly authorized to access, or password cracking.

Posting rude and insulting comments anywhere on the Realm of Redheads, including but not limited to, the bulletin board, your member profile, the guestbook, poetry forum, or any other section of this website.

Any behavior that we deem offensive and/or inappropriate, including but not limited to, using the Realm as a dating service, mass emailing our female members and propositioning them, or continually disrupting the harmony of this site (such as repeatedly provoking other members on the bulletin board).

The Realm agrees that all personal information being voluntarily submitted to us in the processing of your membership application and payment information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely by the founder of the Realm of Redheads for record-keeping purposes. We agree not to share, rent, sell or release this information to any individual, entity or third party, for any reason, without the specific consent of the member; with exception as required by law, regulation or governmental authority.

By signing up, the member gives the Realm consent to contact member directly via email regarding its services, general announcements, or membership status.

However, members who chose to list their contact information may be contacted by other members of the site. Although we have several safeguards in place to prevent non-authorized users from contacting you, we accept no liability for emails that you may receive. If you wish to receive email from no one outside of myself, do not list any contact information whatsoever.

Cancellation Policy

Members can cancel their account at any time, with the understanding that all cancellation requests must be submitted via the Members Area in order to verify that it is you choosing to cancel your account and not a malicious visitor.

Note that it may take up to 30 days to remove your profile. If you have special circumstances and would like to expedite the removal process, you can pay a $5 rush fee to be removed within 72 hours.

We do not offer any refunds of the $5 membership fee after your account is activated. However, if you are declined membership into the Realm of Redheads, you will be notified and the fee will be refunded.

Limitations of Liability:

Members who publish materials online which are accessible on our website are solely responsible for the publication of any defamatory, illegal, confidential, secret or proprietary material. Though we do our best to monitor content regularly, it cannot always be done.

The Realm of Redheads makes no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied for services we provide.
